ConnectedYou’s terms say a purchased package must be activated within 180 days. Do not buy too early for a trip more than six months away.
Validity wording conflict
The eSIM profile itself has inconsistent published wording. Product pages mention one year after last use, while the Help Centre and terms say six months from purchase, top-up or the last package expiry. We would follow the six-month legal wording and ask support to confirm your account deadline.
Can you top up instead of buying again?
ConnectedYou’s current store pages direct customers to My eSIMs to view available top-ups. A top-up must be for the original destination. If you bought Slovenia and later travel to Australia, you need a separate Australia eSIM rather than an Australian top-up on the Slovenia profile.
Some older Help Centre text still says top-ups are “available soon”, while newer sections explain how to buy them. Check the actual options shown in your account. If a top-up is purchased after data is fully used, ConnectedYou advises allowing up to ten minutes and toggling aeroplane mode if needed.

ConnectedYou coupon not working
The code says it is invalid
Check the spelling first: the code is ESIMBROS10, entered exactly as written with no spaces. Then check the date, minimum data size and destination rules. A code may work only on selected packages. BFCM25 is expired and should not be treated as a current code.
There is no coupon box
Look for a discount or promo-code field in the basket or at the payment step. If no field appears, the offer may be automatic. Compare the product and checkout totals. Do not place an order expecting a later refund for a discount that was not shown.
The price did not change
